Where has Paris gone?

Hello to everyone! I had intentions to start up with this blog right after returning from the Paris trip and now here we are almost 6 months later, so well into summer that I won't even say what's just around the corner....since it's so short in Minnesota.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer enjoying the lakes, picnics, outdoor activities and projects. My goal this summer was backyard bliss. We are almost to completion- projects tend to take on a life of their own and sometimes have babies and more often than not, require more work and thought than originally anticipated. But the end results are normally worth it.

So check back often, hopefully you will find a post at least a few times a week. It will be a mix of daily life at our household on the corner of Hoyt and Chelsea, in addition to some musings about home and life all around us.
